Fantastic tribal cuff from the Dongaria Kung tribe oof Odisha, India. To my knowledge, these are no longer produced. This opens with a hinge and close with a brass pin.
This is really an exquisite design and the production is gorgeous. The spikes are sharp and these served as a means of self defense for the women that wore them.
